Refund & Return Policy
You may return any item shipped by us, keeping the following in mind:
- Items must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned to us before we will replace, refund or credit your order.
- We cannot accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Once we receive your return and determine that it falls within our return policy guidelines, a credit, refund or replacement will be processed within 15 business days.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Verify whether or not your order was shipped by us.
- Make sure that your return falls under the guidelines of our return policy (invalid returns will not be refunded and can only be reshipped back to you if you pay for shipping again).
- Print a copy of your receipt or order email (make sure your order number is on the receipt or email) and make a note on the copy that indicates why you are returning the item.
- Ensure the items are packed securely so that they will not be damaged during the return shipping.

SEXUAL TOYS OR NOVELTIES
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we can not accept returns for sexual toys or novelties once they have been opened, unless the item was defective upon delivery.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
When you receive your order, please check to make sure your item(s) are working correctly. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items only. If you find an item to be defective upon delivery, call or email us immediately. We're happy to refund or replace your order at our cost as soon as the defective item is returned to us.
Items that are found to be defective within 30 days of purchase may fall under a manufacturer's guarantee. If an item breaks after you receive, but within 30 days of delivery, we will help you in returning the item to the manufacturer for a replacement if the manufacturer guarantees the item.
UNABLE TO DELIVER
If a package can not be delivered by the shipping carrier and is returned to us, you will be contacted to determine if you want the item reshipped. If you want the item reshipped, you must pay the reshipping cost. If you would like a refund, you will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Any customer who refuses delivery of an item they ordered is responsible for the shipping cost of the order and a $4.50 handling fee. The cost of shipping and handling will be subtracted from the refunded amount with ANY REFUSED SHIPMENT.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Within 15 days of purchase, if you'd like to return an item for a similar item of the same value, this can be done as long as the item is returned to us UNOPENED and UNUSED. Once we've received the returned item we will ship the substitute item to you. Please note: your credit card will be charged for shipping the substitute item.

Q - What if I ordered the wrong item? Can I return it for the item I want?
A - Yes. Within 15 days of delivery, if you'd like to return an item for a similar item of the same value, this can be done as long as the item is returned to us UNOPENED and UNUSED. Once we've received the returned item we will ship the substitute item to you. Please note: your credit card will be charged for shipping the substitute item.
Q - What if I don't like the item I ordered after trying it? Can I return the item? Can I replace it for an item I like?
A - Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we can not accept returns for an item once it has been opened, unless the item was defective upon delivery. See Defective Items Description.
Q - What if you ship me the wrong item?
A - Return the item (unopened and unused) in the box and the packaging that it was delivered in and give us a call. Once notified, we'll call FedEx for a pickup on the next business day.
Once we receive the item, we will ship the new item at no cost to you or we will issue a refund.
Q - What if an item is damaged during shipment?
A - Keep the damaged item in the box and the packaging that it was delivered in and give us a call. Once notified, we'll call the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Q - What if I find a better price on the item I ordered? Can I send it back for a refund?
A - Yes. You must return the unwanted item in new condition with the original packaging UNOPENED and UNUSED. You must return the unwanted items AT YOUR COST. Once we receive the returned package, your order will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and a handling fee of $4.50. See Refused Delivery Description.
Q - What if my order is delivered, but is stolen from my address before I get it?
A - We will re-ship the item AFTER the shipping carrier investigates and approves the claim.
1. Call us and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier.
2. Once the shipping carrier has investigated the theft and approved the claim, we will ship the item again.
WARNING: Claims found to be fraudulent will be aggressively investigated and prosecuted. In some cases fines will be assessed and/or criminal prosecutions will be initiated.
Q - What if I want to cancel my order after it has been shipped?
A - Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled or refunded until the item is returned to us UNOPENED and UNUSED. You can refuse delivery or ship the item back to us. Please be aware you would be responsible for the return postage, the original shipping cost and a handling fee of $4.50. Once we've received your return, your order would be credited minus any shipping and handling cost. See Refused Delivery Description.
Q - What if an item is placed on backorder?
A - If any item in your order is placed on backorder, your entire order will be placed on hold until the item is available for shipment. Once we receive the item that was backordered, your entire order will be shipped. If a backordered item is not expected to be delivered to us within 5 days of order date, the customer will be contacted to cancel the order or ship the items that were not backordered.
